Due to the nature of the product, purchased painting materials are in most cases non-returnable with a strict no return policy on any fulfilled order. Specifically on all mixed painting products. We understand life can throw curve balls possibly creating an instance where a project cannot begin as planned. We work with our customers and will gladly reschedule any installation or painting service for a better time. After 25 years of working in the industry, I have never experienced a project that didn't work out.
Return and Refund policy:
- No return policy on all painting products (i.e. no exceptions)
- Products returned at the fault of Sarasota Painting Company will be of no additional cost to the customer. Products returned at the fault of the customer are subject to a 10% handling fee. Any additional cost accrued by the cancellation will also be the responsibility of the canceler (fault is determined by the party who cancels )
- Products damaged in transit while in our keeping will be considered our responsibility. Any product or material damaged or stolen while on the customer's property will be the responsibility of the customer and subject to a 10% handling fee with any additional costs tat may accrue.
- Process for return on products that are eligible will be determined at time of assessment. Products that are wrongly ordered will be determined by the contract description.
- Process of refund (terms of refund, duration, and payments are distributed after collection)
- We stand by our quality of work and will back up our services. All project payments including installment funds are non-refundable.
